A little background before going into greater depth. I began looking for homes in person mid March 2017, and quickly closed a little over a month later on April 26th 2017. I probably would still be looking for a home if Hillary Keys hadn't given me that nudge of guidance when she saw how impressed I was with the house I'd end up purchasing. Needless to say if you're looking for a realtor with 17+ years experience; who was always on time and even a text or call away at odd hours. Mind you there was a time she made availability at her inconvenience, and most importantly is serious about what she does... this realtor is the one.. She can walk into a home and has a pretty good idea on what to expect... Even though its always preferred to have cash or a pre approval prior to house searching; Hillary will still have you covered! Whether she referred you to one of her amazing brokers for deal shopping or if you're looking for a local Arizona bank to work with.... she made sure we closed on time and the experience was painless... she even waited for me to get off work and meet me at my new house to deliver my new keys... she wasn't exaggerating when she said she wanted to be the key to opening the doors to my new home... Thank you again Hillary and I hope all is well.

Horrible customer service! Can't get a straight answer out of the receptionist. Way more difficult than it is worth. Look to another source for your real estate needs...

Stay away from this place, it's essentially a temp agency for realtors. The guy I got stuck with was a nightmare to work with. He did not return calls, text messages or emails. The last week before we closed on the property, the underwriter needed a response from him, he was unreachable, just turned off his phone. I'm still waiting to get all the keys on the house I closed on with him.
