Paid the 38 dollars application fee then never heard from them again. Everytime i call to check on my application they say they are too busy and will get to it. Filled the application out 5 days ago. Also was sent emails stating certain houses were filled when they weren't. Eeesh.

I would not recommend this property management company to anyone looking to rent a place. Looking for a sizeable profit margin seems to be their only mission statement. I've rented a house from this management company for a year, and in that time I was never able to pay my rent with direct withdrawal. This forced me to go to their office and wasted both my time and gas money. Also, as any native Roswell resident can tell you, summers here can be brutal as far as the temperatures go. Therefore I had to keep my air conditioning on so that the my place wouldn't be an oven when I got back. They were on the hook to pay the electricity bill because our contract was an all utilities paid arrangement. The fact that they had to honor this made them quite upset. They accused me of intentionally running up the electric bill, and weren't willing to work with me at all. The next thing I know, I was given a 30 day notice to vacate my property. When it was time to turn in my house key, the lady working the front desk didn't have a good idea of how to proceed other than to take the key. She didn't even know to ask me for a forwarding address. I had to tell her this, otherwise she wouldn't have thought to do so. I'm not expecting to get any of my deposit back, and quite frankly, I would be shocked if that happened. All they seem to care about is their bottom line, which is to just fatten their pockets. With the way they run this business, I doubt it'll be too long before they run it into the ground.

The management is just the worst! They might as well tell you upfront that you will never see your deposit once you give them! Being charged for cleaning the apartment and the carpet that was filthy when I got in and I cleaned the place myself. Then there is the ridiculous rekeying. How come I can't get the locks when am paying for rekeying. And they just use locks from another property! That's just scandalous!!!! I got in the apartment filthy, the living room, the bedroom and the garage still had the belongings from the last tenant. The grounds were not done. The only smile I saw was the first when I handed them my first check and signed the contract. They told me to call in with all the concerns I had. I think they they are still working on addressing them! 8 months after!!!! Roaches!!! No heat in the bedroom in that cold winter then no AC in that Roswell heat! Took the plumbers 2 weeks before they could come to tell me that's as much as the vents could take! Even after emailing the corporate level, they told me I would get a call to address my concerns. Apparently they still haven't got to that yet!
