I am disappointed.  I had called RE/MAX to inquire about a house for rent.  The rent was in my price range and I really loved the home.  I had left a message before Christmas with one of the folks there to look at the house.  I never received a call back from the realtor so I had to call the realtor two times!!   On Tuesday 12/27, the realtor never called me so I called RE/MAX again to leave my name and number...still no call back.  I called on Wednesday 12/28.  I was then transferred to the realtor's cell number.  They were showing a home at that time so we agreed to meet on Friday 12/30 at 11:00 a.m.  The realtor proceeded to take my name and number.  Friday comes around and I arrive at the house a little before 11:00 a.m. and waited 20 minutes.  I called the realtor and was told they didn't have my information to give me a call back AND the realtor let me know that another person had already turned in an application to rent the property.  The entire point of this is, this realtor never took the time to call and let me know they were not going to be able to show the house.  So I stood at that house for 20 minutes like a fool.  This is not professional nor is it business-like at all.  There is no reason to keep calling the agency when I had already called twice before leaving my contact information just to not be called back.  Absolutely no courtesy.
