My experience with the office itself has been phenomenal. However, my experience with Gwen Michon, my property manager has been a complete nightmare. I've  had a dining room floor thats been a concrete slab for the last five months. She has no sense of accountability, no sense of urgency and is noncommunicative in every since if the term.

Below is a letter that I addressed to the office after having a terrible experience with one of their team members.

To Whom It May Concern,

On the morning of May 25th 2016 I called your office at approximately 9:30AM to speak with an agent about helping my fiancé and I find a home in Slidell.

We are young, first time buyers that know absolutely nothing about buying a house so when the female agent picked up I very nicely asked if your company helped find houses for perspective buyers. This did not seem like a trivial question to me because I know nothing about real estate and was unsure if this particular agency provided this service or just advertised their own listings to other agents that are assisting buyers.

Instead of being sympathetic of my ignorance the female agent that answered the phone responded "Um, we are a real estate agency" with a sarcastic and condescending tone of voice. I immediately hung up in disbelief and anger. After collecting myself I called back and asked the agent to speak with her supervisor who she claimed was not around at the time. 

Thus I am writing this letter to see that this agent is kept accountable and to inform you that I will be seeking services elsewhere.
