If a man named "MAC" is your property manager for your rental.. good luck getting anything fixed prior to move in. Mac will ignore your calls and laugh in your face when you tell him your sink is leaking, there are mouse holes, and ill-fitted window treatments. They won't clean the units prior to move-in as promised or do anything to help you. He talked to me like I was dumb, now he avoids my calls. Invest in wall hole kits, bug spray, and a good plumber. Very disappointed for the list price.
