Shopping online from across the country, I sent Century 21 NW a deposit for a rental home under their management.  When I arrived in Phoenix to view the property, the interior was unsanitary. I asked they take care of the walls and was told to take photos of holes so that I am not responsible.  The property appeared to be recently vacated with minimal if any cleaning completed.  I believe the agency & their property management company was dishonest as I sent them the deposit in good faith before viewing and believed the property would be in good condition. I offered use the deposit for another property under their current management and they declined.

Working with Century 21 Northwest in Tempe was absolutely phenomenal. If your in the Tempe area stop by this office, and absolutely use them! They are super responsive (even well into the night)! And are always available to answer questions. Their interactions with other agents and mortgage lenders didn't miss a beat. They made our buying experience incredibly seamless. I would recommend them time and time again, and have referred them to everyone in my family, friends, and co-workers!

I was in the market to buy my second home, but new to the Phoenix market. With little knowledge of the market as well as experience with the overall buying process, C21 made me feel confident all the way through so that when I found the right home for me and moved in… it was perfect!  C21 allowed me to focus on the experience and joy of buying a home by making sure that all my needs were met and also those that I didn't even anticipate!  Thanks everyone on the C21 Northwest Team.  Service does make a difference!

John and team found my family a wonderful home in the neighborhood that we have coveted for years.  They made the process seamless and answered all my questions.  My family and I are now happy homeowners.  I can't thank him enough for finding the house I will raise my family in.  What a great team.
