Impressively responsive.  I interviewed several property management companies and settled on AZ Prime Property Management largely  due to Dominic Arnold's straightforward, informative approach to communication and guidance, as well as his desire to make the rental of the property work for me.  Other companies seemed intent on listing the property at a rate below market to make it work for them.  My property was rented within 10 days of its listing at a rate I was completely satisfied with.  The entire process was seamless and efficient.  Highly recommend.

As a real estate agent calling with some simple questions on my client's behalf, I have rarely been spoken to in such a rude and hostile manner, by two different people who answered the phone when I called (one of whom was Dominic).  If this is how they treat people I would absolutely not recommend doing business here. Additionally, in spite of my giving them my agent code ahead of time and calling several times, identifying myself as my client's agent, they sent an agency disclosure form directly to my client to sign (identifying themselves as her agent, of course), which they unknowingly did.  It was when I pointed this out to Dominic that he became particularly abusive.  Makes one wonder what kind of a game they are running over there.  Super shifty.

After going through 3 different property management companies I am so grateful to have found AZ prime property!  They are very professional and responsive.  They take great care of both the owner and tennant.  They have an amazing management software that is great for communicating, documenting and producing reports.  They have made my life so much easier.  I highly recommend them to property owners.
