It's been almost ten years since we made the worst decision of our lives by hiring Sylvia Rhinehart as our agent.   We didn't get ANY DISCLOSURES at all until after escrow closed. 
We moved to the Yuba Foothills, but didn't know anything about the area other than it would be great to live in the country compared to living in another big city in CA. We wanted to retire to the country. 

We trusted our agent, Sylvia Rhinehart, and that was a huge mistake.   I just can't begin to explain how horrible it was and how wrong we were to trust Century 21Select.  TEN YEARS LATER ...... and we're still paying for this huge mistake.
