Having been a lifelong resident (over 50 years) of the Tampa Bay area, I choose Weinert Realty to manage my rental property in Palm Harbor because of their longevity and knowledge of the area, and their personable and friendly staff.
Whenever my tenant has an issue, they contact the rental department at Weinert Realty, who immediately set the wheels in motion to correct the challenge.  With their extensive list of “go to” people in the area, the tenant is assured of quality and timely resolution.  Prior to work beginning, Eileen or Julie notify me of the price, which has always been fair, and send me the receipts upon completion.  Likewise, if I ever have a question or issue with a tenant, I can call the office, send an email or text; always getting a rapid response.

Eileen Roth is the property manager for our rental property in Safety Harbor.  She is always very responsive to our phone calls, text messages and emails.  Along with the Weinert Realty team, she helped navigate us through a difficult tenant situation.  

During recent renovations to our property, Eileen has been especially helpful and attentive.  In addition to making sure that our property is always secure, Eileen has recommended reliable contractors who charge a fair price for their services.  We are thankful to have her as our property manager and look forward to continuing this long-term relationship with Eileen and Weinert Realty.

The Weinert Real Estate Agency and Eileen have for many years taken care of my rental property in Bay Towne. They were recommended by another real estate property management agency after they had decided to retire. I've had no problem with the Weinert Real Estate Agency or Eileen. Some renters from time to time have been a problem. Eileen has always been there to make things right again. I'd recommend the Weinert Real Estate Agency and Eileen to anyone in need of property rental management in the Safety Harbor area.

Jennifer Whitaker was my realtor.  She is very reliable and always available to answer any and all questions.  If I ever sell or seek to purchase another home I would go through Jennifer again in a heartbeat.

Eileen Roth has managed my rental house in Safety Harbor for over 10 years.  She has done an excellent job with tenants and home repairs.  I would not take my business anywhere else.
