My complaint is how Quyen Trujillo handled me and her client in a Real Estate contract. What she did was totally unprofessional, to not only me but also to her client. Quyen Trujillo is the listing agent for the property the contract was submitted for. It will become apparent in the Synopsis that follows why I make this complaint!
I recently entered into a negation on a property that Quyen Trujillo of CHARLES RUTENBERG REALTY INC listed in Holiday FL. 6/4/17 through my realtor. I went as Far as me submitting a contract to purchase 2x.The property was being handled for a client / patient at Adult Advocacy & Representation, Inc. in Tampa. The representative that handles property for the client / Patient received my contract to purchase from Quyen Trujillo. The offer was accepted by the representative. we received an email from  Quyen Trujillo stating that the offer was accepted. (Email of admission by Quyen Trujillo available), But that we needed to make a change on the contract because the wrong title company was listed. We were told that the title company that was incorrect on the contract could not be line item-ed out and the correct title company written  in. Quyen Trujillo stated  that she needed a clean contract. So we submitted new contract 3 hours of her notification the same day 6/5/17. Come to find out this was a delay

On 6/6/17 communication became nonexistent between Quyen Trujillo and us when we tried to get information about when the Representative would sign and submit the purchase contract.
We tried to reach Quyen Trujillo for hours to get this info. with no response. Since I couldn't get any answers from Quyen Trujillo, I started reaching out directly to all the other parties involved. The Adult Advocacy & Representation, Inc. and Brown & Associates Law & Title, P.A. After making these calls myself not my realtor, I learned and came to find out that Quyen Trujillo presented another contract to the sellers Representative and didn't tell us. Again....
I understand that this isn't illegal for her to do and is legal to do but. What my complaint is, is how Quyen Trujillo handled this conflict. she was totally unprofessional,  not only to me but also to her client that Quyen Trujillo listed the house for. she could have said to us bring your best offer now that she had a competing contract....Quyen Trujillo Didn't do that! BAD BAD BAD

On my front it is easy to see that Quyen Trujillo wasn't transparent about the other offer she received.  Quyen Trujillo showed that in the email she sent us, Her client had intent to accept my offer. Your word and your Intentions are our bonds and are something we as Americans  Citizens hold in high regard and that is exactly what Quyen Trujillo and the seller failed to show or follow here. 
Quyen Trujillo can hide behind the law but that doesn't take away what Quyen Trujillo did, it was shady business practice and Morally wrong, As a business professional that Quyen Trujillo claims to be...Quyen Trujillo deals in what is, and in most cases, Americans biggest purchase that they ever will make. And with that we should demand that we have ethical people to represent both sides of a Real Estate transaction and in my Experience you won't get that with Quyen Trujillo.   .....Proof Available if needed.
