Be ready for a rushed closing and overall poor quality management. We had so many issues with the "new" home we purchased and the sales associate was pressing for us to close since Century is a public company. For starters, thats not how business works. Wal-Mart doesnt dictate when a consumer buys a product just because its the end of the quarter. When I look for a new home and see that Century is the builder I will for sure go to another builder.
