I understand very much that this location is going through a remodel currently. Several theaters are currently down. The issue I had was not due to this but the fact that the service was absolutely terrible. There was a substantial line for the poor lone soul running the check out for concessions. The manager, and the rest of the staff with the exception of the lone cashier were all standing around behind the counter watching customers walk through the self service area. I will actively go out of my way to prevent going back to this location.

16 screen cinema with two separate concessions. XD screens also available. Has small arcade and photo booth. Large, reclining seats available. Free public parking available accross the street. Clean restrooms. Only downside is given high volume of foot traffic, popcorn was in the hallways.

They always have good movies and super friendly staff. There was one guy,(I asked his name) Chris was more friendly than any other he really went above and beyond. I was having a hard time carrying my stuff and he offered to escort me to my seat with my concessions. I'm sure the only reason was because they weren't busy and he had a helper but the kids these days just don't have that sort of ethics. I'll be going more often now that I know someone will even go that extra step to help a disabled lady. BTW. To the person who said they got lice from there, thats pretty deplorable to be trying to get a refund, they are leather reclining seats. If there were lice on brown/black leather seats you most likely would have seen them and that is IF they even stick to leather which I REALLY doubt...This is just seriously crazy talk. I'm wondering if they did give you a refund.... They should have kicked you out because it is impossible and you are nothing but a scammer!

Great theatre and not as crowded as Walnut Creek. i like the improvements with the new recliners and the ability to reserve seats ahead of time AND of course I still appreciate that they use real butter on their popcorn.

Terrible service. I kindly asked the teenager to have my popcorn layered with butter (instead of just dumping it on top) but instead they just poured it into a concentrated spot in the middle ruining it.... The theater was also very messy. NOT coming back
