We were very pleased with the job that CertaPro did on the exterior of our home. They made it very "easy to do business with" from the time I first called them to the time they completed the project. Patrick Lehey came out the next day and went over all the details and quoted us a fair price. I then contacted Katy Argenzio and she promptly schedule the work to be done within the next week. The crew that showed up was supervised by Elvin Vasquez. Elvin and his team paid much attention to details and was very attentive to all our needs. I highly recommend Elvin and his team. They arrived every morning at 8:00 and cleaned up at the end of each day. They have a high skill level when it comes to painting details. We would definitely bring them back to do any painting project in the future! Nice work everyone!! Very pleased!!

We are so pleased with the outcome of the exterior paint project at our home. It began with a professional visit from Patrick Leahy to discuss and assess the needs for the project. The next week the team came with the exact stain color we hoped for in retaining the look of the home.The efforts and reliability put forth by the paint crew and their detail to give us an end result we feel proud of showing assures us we made the right decision hiring CertaPro. We are repeat customers times three. Most recently they did an interior stairwell that needed wall paper (stubborn) removal...skim coating/sanding...and painting. From the time John Donnelly came to give us the estimate to the day the job was completed it was pleasure working with everyone...and the outcome was perfect! Quality work...professionalism...efficient and clear communications...follow-up...focus on serving the customer (me) ...that sums up the experience. Following is my evaluation of the men who did the job: The stairway your men painted is beautiful! No problems noted. Please know it was a pleasure to have these two men in our home. They were very respectful, polite, efficient and skilled in their work; on Friday they even worked without taking a lunch break to get the job done on time. They called me to see their work at several intervals to judge their progress and give input, determined to please me with a job well done. They obviously take pride in what they do and are definitely customer service focused. You have good reason to be very proud of them. We are definitely satisfied customers who highly recommend your company!

I am extremely pleased with the results of CertaPro Painters work at our home. The crew was very professional. The site was left clean at the end of each days work. The quality of the work is outstanding. The price was very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend CertaPro.

From my first contact with Paige to my meeting with Lou I knew I had made the right choice. JR my supervisor met with me prior to the start of work and doubt checked everything. The painters were very hard working, courteous, and quiet. Each day the work site was left very clean. I would not hesitate to use these great folks again. Thank you all! C. Berk Duxbury MA
