Dennis was very professional when he came to the house to get a quote together. And the crew that was sent out did a great job. Very satisfied. Ricardo and his crew are so good! Very professional Attention to detail, and they patch and sand until these old walls look awesome. Added plus: they clean up after themselves which is wonderful -not the norm for some of the people we've had in our house over the last few months. Highly recommend

I've twice contracted with CertaPro Painters of Charlotte-Matthews for my home: Once for Exterior, and once for Interior. Exterior included two-story work on trim, as well as deck. The interior included an open two-story foyer, as well as several rooms and ceilings. I was extremely satisfied with the service. Everything from the initial estimate, to the final touch-up was done with professionalism. Appointments were kept, and deadlines were met. I'm a REALTOR and have now recommended them to clients, as well as to recommendations sought on NextDoor.

This is the second time we have used CertaPro . They are always reliable and on time. Ricardo was very professional and always told me what was going on. I will use CertaPro in the future and I highly recommend!

Awesome job!! Highly recommend these guys. Hard workers, very friendly, polite and always cleaned up each day before they left.

Called for a quote, every one was professional and courteous. Estimator showed on time and was very professional, said he'd have a quote for me in a day or two, never heard from him again. They sent me an email survey about their performance, which I filled out and told them that I never received a quote, no one responded to that either. Don't waste your time trying to give them business, apparently they don't need it.
