CertaPro painted the interior of our house one year ago.  Our experience was mixed.

Positives
- Pricing: We got quotes from several painters in the area.  CertaPro initially came in with one of the higher quotes, but they were willing to come down on the price to give us a more competitive offer.
- Speed: The office staff was prompt in responding to our emails and phone calls, and we were able to quickly schedule the work, which was important because we were on a tight moving timeline.

Negatives
- Poor communication by the painting crew: On some of our walls, we were covering a dark paint with a much lighter paint.  Because we were not sure how many layers would be needed, we arranged to inspect the walls after two coats and then decide how to proceed.  But rather than call us when they got to this point, the crew went ahead with an additional coat.  They ended up giving us a discount on the extra paint, but it was frustrating to have them proceed without getting our input after we had SPECIFICALLY arranged it.  We also had a few special requests that required multiple reminders before they actually got them done.
- Sloppy painting in obscure areas: Several hard-to-reach locations around molding were simply skipped by the painting crew.  We seem to find a new spot every month that they missed.  Paint was spilled on our railing in some places.
- Cleaning up: We are still finding masking tape after a year.  They lost a few of our outlet covers.  There were a few spills that they did not clean up.

Overall, we found the office staff to be friendly and helpful, but it seemed like the paint crew was more interested in getting our job done and over with so they could move on to the next one than they were in doing a quality job.  After a year of living with the results, we wish we had inspected the painting MUCH more closely or just done it ourselves.

The guys at Certapro did an awesome job helping take care of my walls in my basement. I had a hard deadline that needed to be met and these guys came in and helped me finish my project on time thanks I really appreciate it

We had the interior of our home painted by CertaPro of West Salt Lake City. They did an awesome job, arrived on time, were clean and easy to work with. They were responsive to our multiple requests and were great when I added on a ceiling once the project started. Alberto went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with everything and even changed out some cold air returns with new ones we had purchased without even asking. We would highly recommend this company and will most definitely use for any future painting projects.

We hired CertaPro to paint the interior of our house (our walls and our kitchen cabinets) and were so pleased with the outcome that we later hired them to paint our exterior. They were very affordable, professional, and made sure they cleaned up to finish the job.  We were very happy with the end result both times. We will definitely be hiring them again in the future for all of our painting needs.

Doug and his crew were amazing to work with! They took the extra time to ensure that at the end of each day the work site was cleaned up. Their quality of work is above everyone else!
