I have a very unpleasant experience with John the manager at this store. My painter had sent me with a lid to get one more gallon of paint to finish up his job. We came in with the lid off of the old can so they could easily get us another. Not only did they get the finish wrong, but they didn't put it on his business account for a discounted price like normal. When I went to return the can of paint today the manager john helped me. He said there was a 25% restocking fee (I called multiple other stores and they said there was no such thing). I told him I didn't feel the need to pay the restocking fee because they made the mistake of making it semi gloss instead of satin. He started working on the computer and gave me the receipt to sign for the return (which had the fee included). When I told him again that I wouldn't sign this because they made a mistake on the finish he said there was nothing he could do, moved to the next terminal, and helped the next guest in line. Leaving me standing there having to accept what I got back in the return and leave. Go to any other Sherwin-Williams but here. I will never be returning.

Darcie and everyone else there is amazing. I've been there 4 times in the last couple weeks to rent a sprayer, buy paint, and buy masking supplies. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and a joy to talk to. It was like I transcended space and time.

Super slow. They don't seem to value your time. They try to up sale you when not necessary . Employee John on 1/30/17 was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would take your business elsewhere.

Eli is HORRIBLE! He'll try to rip you off on everything! He doesn't know what he's talking about, don't ask him anything. He priced me double on everything and was a jerk about it. Luckily Nathan came out of the back room and is honest and awesome. Nathan would get 5 plus stars, but Eli ruined it for me here. Definitely will drive to another store if Eli is the only one working...he's dishonest and will overcharge you. I'm sure he tried to take advantage of the fact I was a girl and thought I wouldn't question him.

I like the professional way they take care of me as a customer.  Regardless of who I deal with they are always thoughtful and very helpful.
