Randy, the owner of Certified Auto Plaza, was willing to meet us on New Years Day for us to test-drive a vehicle.  He knew we were coming from two 1/2 hours away and he was willing to meet us on his day off.  We liked the vehicle we test-drove, and the entire process, from test-drive to leaving the lot in our new vehicle, took right at one hour.  Speedy, efficient and friendly!

i recently bought a 2500 Ram from Randy.  it was not heating quite right and i needed the truck for a trip in 3 days.  Randy went out of his way to fix it before i traveled home over 2 hours.  2 days later i found that the heater core needed replacement, Randy wanted me to bring it back but i didn't have time.  we worked out a deal and i got it fixed locally.  left on my trip, heat issue fixed and when i got home there was a check in the mailbox from Randy.  he stood by his word.  would definitely buy again from him.

Salesman on lot parking and re-parking a car, DID NOT even come over to welcome us or ask if we had any questions!  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
 Went to Tenvoorde in St Cloud and received excellent service.......made purchase there

Awesome dealership.  Gave more than I expected for my trade and saved thousands on my for f-150.  I would recommend to anyone looking for used car or truck.  Nice clean cars!!
