Our vehicle purchas was kinda unique as we were unable to physically look the vehicle over nor test drive. From the very beginning to the end- every person who helped us along the way was very professional, friendly, helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company.

Unfortunately it was not good, buyer beware on used vehicles. Son bought a used truck in Montevideo, was not offered a warranty.  Noticed exhaust sounded funny. Was told it was probably just a gasket needed to be replaced, easy fix. That wasn’t the case, ended up replacing exhaust manifold. Contacted Schweitzers, no assistance offered. Shortly thereafter received  letter from Willmar office thanking us for purchase. Called again n explained that we were very frustrated that we were led to believe it was a gasket by the dealer. Was told that the inspection that they revealed during paperwork was superficial, mechanic just checks basic stuff, fluid levels etc., again we were not told that is what the inspection meant.  Said to contact Monte for assistance on parts we needed, told him we had already and were offered parts at full price.  No other offer of assistance.... so a true case of buyer beware on used vehicles, make sure you get a warranty.

Extremely easy process buying a car! I called and they had the exact car I was looking for within a few days and had everything ready by the time I came to pick it up. For someone who knows nothing about the car buying process they made it so simple and hassle free. I worked with Eric over the phone and he was awesome! Then worked with Jordan on day of purchase. I would recommend both guys! Honest, upfront and made me feel like I was in good hands.
