These are real jewelers, they take pride in all aspects of their work. I had Jan help me find the perfect engagement ring and wedding bands! She also gave me great advice on the correct size diamond for the mount. She has a tremendous amount of experience, as well as the jewelers that customize the rings. They made the buying experience welcoming, easy and were very professional. They had the ring ready rather quickly as I procrastinated! I also purchased some Tanzanite Earrings that were perfect as well for a separate gift. I recommend them to all my friends their the best!

Not very hospitable. Went there for a couple of new watch batteries, and to get an estimate on what they would give me for a pin, and to see what we could buy for my wife with the proceeds.  That went pretty well. The lady behind the counter was pretty useless. We got the appraisal from a nice man and decided to keep the pin. My wife found a bracelet she liked so we decided to come back the next day with more things.  I waited 10 minutes for service and finally tapped someone on the shoulder for attention to get my watches.  We decided not to buy the bracelet there and not to show them the rest of our jewelry.  There seemed to be a lot of useless people standing around in the showroom that don't want to help anyone.

I had them repair my wedding band that had to be cutoff.  They did a great job.  You can't even tell it was cut in the first place.
