I am not one to leave reviews. However, I do not like businesses trying to get one over on me. I took my truck in to have my brakes bled. The manual says it needs to be hooked up to a computer to activate the ABS to allow  trapped air to escape. I mentioned it to the manager and he quickly added the service to the estimate. I then watched them work on my truck and they pressure bled it but never hooked it up to the computer to get the air out of the ABS system. I asked the tech if he did what I paid for and he said no because it didn't need it. I advised the manager when I went to pay and he said they did do it, even though I watched and confirmed with the tech. I told the manager again and he said the best he could do is give me a discount. I paid $120 or $150 for something that was not done, plus the brake bleed service, over $300 total.

I also paid for a 5 year alignment for a different vehicle. I asked if it would cover alignments after I got some work done on the car and I was told it was covered. I took it in maybe 3 times, no problem. Today, I took it in after changing my struts and they said they had to charge me $50 because the tech has to "readjust" it. No kidding, it's an alignment! But the point is they didn't want to honor what I paid for without charging me more. I ended up going somewhere else.

The reason I went there in the first place is because they are near my home and I do not have the expensive ABS scan tool, or the alignment machine. 

If you have the money and like being taken advantage of, it's your money, your choice. I'm just sharing my experience. I definitely won't be giving away my money to them again.

Certified tire in Victorville California damaged four rims on a brand new 2017 Chevrolet Duramax. The vehicle was brought in for a very simple tire rotation and balance. The manager at the store as well as the corporate office Claimed ignorance on the damage and were highly evasive and rude. Joshua Darrow is the gentleman I spoke with, and he blatantly called me a liar. I had time stamped photos and videos of the truck prior to it entering their facility as it was just detailed at another shop. Consumer beware stay as far away from this place as possible! Their entry-level mechanics will damage your vehicle and they will not stand behind it. I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully something will be done to rectify this. I was hoping to not have to inform others of their inferior professionalism, but their unwillingness to offer any concession in this matter is just wrong and people should know about it.

One of the friendliest Goodyear's you can go to Jesse is outstanding at his job. Jesse will take the time to make sure your car is tsken care of and the work is done correctly. Have been extremely happy with all the automotive repairs I have had done here, on my work van and personal vehicle. Top Notch!

Took my car for service and now I CANT DRIVE MY CAR. what a rip off!!! 
I don't suggest this place at all. 
HAD TO GIVE IT A STAR TO MAKE THIS COMPLAINT.
