I'm a mechanic and I'm starting a YouTube channel on how places like these rip people off so went in to get my alignment done on my 2007 impala they where pretty quick to take my money and put my car on the lift what they didn't know is that I had hidden cameras seeing if they did a correct alignment I went to walk around while I waited came back a hour and a half later they had my car ready went home and reviewed my cameras WHAT!!!! they put my car up on the lift and left it there for 40 minutes and wasn't even touched I mean not even a finger was put on it I couldn't believe what I was seeing this really shocked me I've seen it on TV shows and other YouTube channels never thought I would witness this first hand I am trying to get Sears corporate office to review my videos also I'm trying to get the manager so I can sit down and interview him and see what he says about what he sees I'm still stunt what I saw I did go to brake masters and did the same thing I am happy to say they did do and it was done correctly I will update every one on what they say.

They did a fast job and were very polite to me.
Even got to push me ahead of schedule than planned!
So recommend them here in Victorville!
Even get membership points for services and a free check up on the entire car.

I paid $500 for 5 year/100,000 mile warranty tires paid extra for the road hazard protection. I get a  Nail in my two of my tires in the tread. tires still holding air  and you still want to charge me $250 to replace my tires and I only drove 25000 miles on them in  less than a year. I will never use Sears Auto center again.

They totally screwed me over. Tried to force me to but a tire when I didn't need one. I deal through American Tire. Not Sears. For my uncooperativeness, I failed my Uber inspection. I hate them.

Ryan and Casey were extremely helpful I recommend coming here they accommodate Thier customers and make sure they are taking care of.
