My screen was cracked, and I went to this business. When I went to pick up my phone around 11:00am they were not open, although their hours stated they opened at 9:00am. When I got my phone back, the screen was fixed, but there is something wrong with it. The home button does not work, and the screen randomly presses buttons I never press and opens up apps I didn't open. I'm very annoyed. If you crack your screen you would be better off going to the Apple store to get it repaired.

EDIT: I went to the back to the store, and they fixed everything. They were easy to work with and very friendly.

CertifiedComp has been serving their community for 17 years. They're loyal and trustworthy. Their prices are low and affordable. Their turnaround time is minimal. They repair everything from desktop computers, laptops, cell phones, tablets, computer monitors, dvr's, game consoles, tv's, etc. They offer same day service and take care of their customers by providing free programs after a pc cleaning. They provide and honor warranties on all repairs. They specialize in motherboard repair to save customers money from replacing computer's motherboard and losing years of data. Would definitely recommend CertifiedComp to family and friends.

These guys did a poor job for me.  I had to send my laptop to them two times for the same problem.  The second time, they had my laptop for nearly 3 months.  I had to contact the police to get my laptop back.  They charged me $80 and my laptop still doesn't work.  They didn't give me a refund either.  And they never reimbursed me for the shipping cost that they promised that they would.  Additionally, my laptop has an extra ding near the hard drive.  I would stay far away from them.  I have reported them to ppal and Ebay and I would have my computer repaired elsewhere.

Very Honest People ... Very professional and prices and Very Cheap .. i fixed my fried motherboard with them and it is now in excellent condition ...  it took them 1 day to fixed my laptop .. only one day which i never found another service that do that in one day ..  Thank you Guys .. You Rock
