The delivery guy Philip Hall called me that he will be at my house in 35 minutes but told him won’t be able to be home on time and he kindly wait the time I told him I will be home and very nice person very good service very friendly. And also they assemble the bed set really fast I’m amazed!!! I’m happy with the service he has given me.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer and as I am happy with my purchase I am furious at the unprofessionalism the delivery people gave us. They scratched my floor leaving a mark and they didn’t even connect the dryer because they said a piece was too long.. I hired someone to come in and do it thinking they were right maybe we needed someone else turns out they were just lazy and in a hurry nothing was done different the man I hired just connected the metal duct out through the hole and that’s it something that delivery and set up was included cost me double because the delivery men were to tired or lazy or unprofessional etc. To do. Very disappointed with that was going to go purchase my kitchen appliances but now will go somewhere else with more professional people.

If you are a kitchen hater because it takes to much time to cook and time consuming well you have come to the right place because they have the best accessories for cooking. Ever since I bought my kitchen cookers I am so much happy to cook and have to do other things done. Every time I need something for the kitchen to cook I go there and buy it. The people are very patient with you when you need to get something or have any questions. The customer service is eco-friendly and they provide guaranty for almost every product you buy for I believe 12 dollars just in case something happens to one of the electronics products.

Awful experience buying major appliances through BrandsMart. I ordered range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator weeks ago. Wasted whole day waiting for promised delivery. They never called to let me know they weren't going to keep the appointment that THEY made. It's now over a week since then and I've been unable to get a new delivery date while my kitchen remodeling project proceeds without appliances to install.

Forget trying to reach customer service; I can't tell you many times I waited for over 30 minutes at which point they disconnected. In fact, I'm currently on hold to get a new delivery date

My advice is to get their best price and take it to another vendor to see if they'll match it. It's not worth the headache of buying anything from BrandsMart unless you can carry your purchases out the door.
