My experience has been nothing but positive.  My son has been seeing Dr. Cerulli for almost 8 years...he is 12 now.  He looks forward to his appointments with her (and so do we).  She is  both warm and compassionate ...not to mention her expertise in the field is second to none.  Dr. Cerulli has done wonders for our son....he is thriving and happy.  He responds so well to her positive and calm approach.  We have learned so much from her and are grateful to have her in our lives.  I know that many other families/patients feel the same way.

I was recently married so I saw Dr Cerulli under a different name.  My experience was identical to those of both Kathryn and Mia.  A completely unprofessional doctor and practice with a narcissistic attitude and know it all personality that should not be tolerated by decent human beings.  Her rude and obnoxious staff have adopted her demeanor and her response and apologies mean nothing because they are not genuine and just serving to save face.    I saw her for several years and it did not end well due to her reliance on manipulative and repressive techniques to brainwash patients into believing they have diagnosis' that are false.  I am amazed that she has not been reported to the State medical Board for blatant malpractice.  Do yourself favor and find a professional that has a soul.

Dr Cerulli gave terrible care to my daughter who was suffering with several emotional
and attentional disorders.  Her approach was hands off, pass her on to a nurse practitioner named Cristi who was fine, but we were still billed $300/ hr and Dr Cerulli was never involved until we did not have cash in hand during one visit and she refused to allow my daughter to be seen.  Zero bedside manner, zero compassion for her patients and 100% obsessed with lining her pockets with $$$.  A pathetic human being. This is an alias because I would not want to deal with Dr Cerullis wrath,  I've heard enough about her character and her narcissistic sociopathic ways.

First they do not take ANY insurance whatsoever and it is at least $300.00/session. Second the reception staff is grossly unprofessional where it took them over a week to return my first call and then when I called to make a follow up phone call they never responded. This lead to my cancellation of any further contact with her office because if this is acceptable behavior of her staff then she can only be just as lacking. Do not waste your time, money and emotional well being on this office. I wouldn't even give this office one star but I have to in order to post.

I absolutely do not recommend Dr Cerulli to anyone. I have been a client of hers for several years and have never had a problem until my last and final visit. Starting with the receptionist who was rude from the start because my
Moms credit card that was on file (from 2 years ago) declined. She was extremely rude even after I politely told her I called and texted my mom but was unable to reach her. Not to mention we have been very loyal reliable clients and have never been late or failed to make a payment. Reluctantly Dr. Cerulli agreed to see me and from the start was rude as well. I told her I was having trouble concentrating in school and that I needed to get back on a medication. (I have been diagnosed with A.D.D since the age of 8) Without hearing me out or even listening to what I was saying She rudely replied that I didn't give her any symptoms, and that this "wasn't a McDonald's trip" and that I'm an unstable person who has a history of using drugs (marijuanna) and canceling appointments(which I have every right to do), and that she didn't feel comfortable prescribing me a controlled substance without drug testing me, even though I informed her that I am currently attending a nursing program in which I need to pass a drug test to be in. Not only did she insult me and act extremely unprofessional, but also she did not listen to me or what I was saying. She assumed I was trying to get an adderall prescription (I actually hate adderall and was looking for something much lighter) and treated me in a demeaning manor suggesting that I was looking to abuse a prescription. As a doctor I trusted her and confided in her many of my problems as a young teen, only to have that thrown in my face years later. After bringing up my painful past I left the office in tears. I have never felt so judged, misunderstood,labeled, and humiliated by any person in the medical/mental health field. As a doctor who works with people who have mental health issues, I can not fathom how someone who lacks understanding communication and professionalism would be a good fit for anyone who has gone through the struggles of mental illness.  I apologize for sharing this lengthy review, but felt it was necessary to share with others my experience with her.
