This is one of the greatest dental offices I've been to thus far. Dr. Chase is an amazing dentist and his supporting staff is great. He educated me on a lot things and has been able to make me care more about my teeth. My hygienist Amanda gave me one of the best cleanings I've ever had. She was very careful during my cleaning and also very nice. The office manager Jenny is very professional and was able to offer me care credit as well as a manageable treatment plan. Nicole was also amazing her customer service skills are great. She stays on top of things and makes sure that you get to your appointments. Overall this dental office gets an A+++.

Dr. Chase and staff were amazing! I have had a horrible toothache and just couldn't take the pain anymore. I called in the afternoon for an appointment and they saw me at 5:00 P.M. I needed a root canal and started the procedure that same appointment. I couldn't be more happier! I was very impressed. They all made me feel right st home! I will be calling soon to schedule the rest of my immediate family! Thank you Dr. Chase and staff!

I would absolutely recommend Gentle Dental in North Andover. Nicole was lovely when I called to make my appointment. Rumi put me at ease immediately by explaining everything she was doing while taking a number of x-rays. Kim was very helpful in explaining how the dental insurance works & how to get the most out of my insurance. Dr. Chase was extremely kind and explained what he needed to do to treat my acute problem. Dr. Chase also asked about my goals and expectations, I had never been asked that by a dentist before. He fixed my tooth ache and I now have a treatment plan that I am very excited about. I was so happy my husband & my father are both planning on going to see Dr Chase too.

Great office! My two children saw Dr Walsh today and his demeanor and bed side manner was fantastic! Taking kids to the dentist is never easy but he was wonderful with them.
