I love her!!! She makes me feel comfortable and is never patronizing. All my anxiety n fears go away as soon as she comes in smiling. She treats me like we have been friends for a lifetime but I have only been seeing her since 2012 when I was pregnant with my daughter. She is a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and families. She takes the time to listen and answer any questions, but she also asks all the important questions that I may have forgot to ask. The worst thing I could say is whoever did the scheduling before was terrible. I never had a problem when I was pregnant but afterwards it seemed like every scheduled visit was the wrong time, date, or was cancelled and I was never notified of any changes.However I just went for a visit about two weeks ago n everything ran smooth. Not sure what changes were made to the front office staff but thanks.

I've been going to this office for many years and I love it! I've never had issues with appointments and I always get the help I need. I noticed when some people can't get their way, they create problems where there isn't any. Also the office procedures are in place for a reason. We may not always like how things are done but those measures are put in place for our benefit! I would recommend this office to many, in which I already have.

I am eight weeks pregnant. I had an 8 o'clock appointment I left my ID at home so, my husband drove home very quickly to get it. He arrived back at the office it was 8:11 AM, nobody else was waiting to be seen and I was told I had to reschedule. This doctors office does not have any human compassion or concern for babies. Terrible place pier

Absolutely deplorable communication between doctor / patient / front office. They NEVER answer their phones, even during the normal business hours stated in their message. The insurance company couldn't get through to them to communicate prior authorization because of them not answering their phones, then the doctor's office called us and told us our already emergent procedure may need to be postponed because they haven't received approval! ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONES! And forget about Dr. Cesaire responding through the "Patient Portal." I'm not even sure she knows what it is. I've had better service at a McDonald's than at this office. This made our already awful experience of miscarriage even more unbearable. My wife has been a patient here for over 10 years, and because of this experience she will be finding a new GYN AND steering others away from this provider. Only giving it 1 star because you can't give it 0.

She didn't want to see my wife again because we were smokers at the time and she can't stand the smell, she told her secretary to tell us to find another gynecologist.
