A clean, modern mall in the central business district with a food court. The mall itself has a wide variety of both chain and independent stores. High end and mid stores are throughout, including large stores like Simon's and Holt's. The mall is very nice its self! Beautiful place, nice stores and nice places to grab a bite to eat. Not confusing to get around. Gets busy during lunch hour during the week. They do have paid parking but they are also on the main bus line so easier to come in via transit. Easy access to the Market and the shops in that location.

Have to say, I really enjoyed my time at this mall!!!! We went in to kill some time and sat watching the Santa pictures being take. BEST SANTA SCENE I'VE SEEN!!!! A huge Santa couch for families and great photographer and helpers. Every child got a stuffed toy and it was great to watch. The customer service at the help desk was FANTASTIC and the mall was neat and clean. Enjoyed our visit, IMMENSELY!!!!

Great place for your needs. How many stores for many needs especially if you're looking for clothes. Video game shops General need type things a great place for buses and a pretty decent food court. So all in all it's a very great place to do one stop shopping depending on what you're looking for but there is a lot to choose from it's not a bad place at all highly recommended so go there if you're looking for many different things you'll probably find them so thumbs up on the the Rideau Centre. There is some parking around and if not you could always bus for Fairly cheap or cab or Uber

Very busy mall! Great selection of stores for clothing and massive food court with a ton of seating. Great place to hangout or kill time. Often see mall security whenever sketchy people enter as well so that's definitely a good sign

The recently renovated Rideau Centre offers an amazing shopping experience with a high diversity of different stores. Even the restaurant section is particularly diversified. Access to public transport is excellent. The location is usually clean and staff is helpful. The only downside is that the structure of the shopping mall is slightly confusing. If you aren't used to it, it's easy to get lost. You really have to pay attention or ask a staff member to find your way.
