What can I say - it's a shopping mall. Good store selection and you can't beat the city centre location. The Urban Eatery is a pretty cool take on a food court with over 1200 seats, 30+ food outlets, real plates and cutlery, and bar seats. Anchored by the Bay and Nordstrom's with hundreds of other stores, the mall is nearly always busy. The Christmas tree and decorations (giant lighted reindeer sculptures) are nice to see each year. And with two subway stops its super well connected.

Huge mall spanning a large city block with several floors. Dundas subway station is on the north end of the store and Queen subway station is on the south end of the store. Both have entrances right into the mall, so you don't have to go outside if the weather sucks. This is the most popular mall in the city, so expect a crowd all the time. Has, basically, every store you can think of. If you've never been here, and are looking for something specific and want to make a bee line straight for that store, I highly encourage looking at the floor plan/mall map on their website. They're doing some renovations at the moment, but it's not as intrusive as you'd imagine in a place this populated. It's clean, bright, and shiny and the visitors seem to respect that.

Biggest mall I've ever been to! It really is quite pretty too. There's an art piece at one end that was really pretty and there was a nice fountain with benches around it on the lower level. There were a few stores there that I've never been to before but I am from a small town. There was also a really interesting food court.

You definitely can't go wrong by coming here. There's so many stores that it you don't find something that you like, you must've not looked for it hard enough. Friendliness of the employees obviously differs depending on what local you go in to, but I find most employees are fairly competent. The mall is clean and easy to get around in as it's just one long but narrow straight of stores; so getting lost if almost impossible. I would recommend coming here with a couple of friends and going on a spending spree😂. Even if you don't find what you like the mall is in downtown so you won't have to go too far to find what you're looking for.

I love this place. Not only is it gorgeous Christmas, the stores in this mall are divine. It is always the number one place on our list of places to go. There is never enough time to see everything there. There are some stores that are not in our country or if they are they are several hours away. The staff, I found, in every single store has been cordial, helpful, and they drop everything to help you. This is something that is lacking where I live. They will stay open just to make sure you have everything you need rather than rushing you out the door like they do where I am from. In short, if you’re in Toronto, you MUST visit here.
