Drive up tellers are professional and efficient. Love that ATM machine will print pictures of your checks you deposit.

I will NEVER go back to this location again. I would rather take the drive to Orlando or Clermont where the service is good. The Teller (male) for the drive on the morning of 12/10/2013 was EXTREMELY rude! I asked for half deposit and half cash back. I really only needed $10 back so the term i used "half" was wrong. I recieved the deposit slip and was a bit confused so i questioned the teller politely not realizing my mistake and he came back with a snide comment asking me "do you know what half means?" I was so shocked i began to laugh. While off the intercom i saw him and the other teller laughing while the other teller was playing on her phone and staring at me. Id cash my check at a gas station before i came back to this location. Unprofessional! I will make sure all of my colleagues and business partners avoid this location at ALL cost.
