I wanted to take a moment and leave a review for a Chase Bank in Winter Garden. My banker really went above and beyond her name is Karen Arnold. I can't say enough positive things about her she made my half hour or so go by very smoothly.  Karen gave me a lot of professional advice and I will definitely be coming to her in a future for my business needs. She has the answers I really needed and tells it like it is. Karen is very professional and a very nice person. I don't generally leave reviews but in this case I wanted to take just a moment and say she is very much an asset to this Chase location. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

Can be busy at peak times, but the bankers are more than helpful. I also received a birthday card from this branch in particular. This bank really cares about people and have helped me grow in my personal and business finance. I advise working with Xavier- He knows what he's doing, answers my questions with confidence and he's super informative.

I probably spelled his name wrong but the Bank Manger Mr McClub (that was the name on his shirt tag) was rude and defiant because I asked him as a courtesy to waive a small fee for having me wait 25 min to change a check due to Chase computer glitch. I would not recommend this bank not because of the fee but it was in the way he spoke to me as a bank manager / supervisor. What a shame because 100% was interested in opening an account there.

business banker did not know how to do simple things. took 30 minutes to do something that normally takes 5 minutes because he did not know how and kept arguing that it couldn't be done.
