I have a disability and was welcomed to come to Chabad.  Due to my disability I act a bit off the bell shape curve.  During a couple large paid dinners, a bunch of people complained about me walking around the room.  As a result, I wasn't welcomed back to the paid dinners.  I think this Chabad group (as a unit) is pretty closed minded, but think the Rabbi is very friendly and caring and will be fine for the vast majority of Jews that look exactly like everyone else.

Very warm and inviting. The Rabbi and his family make sure everyone feels welcome. It was beautiful service in a very special schul.
