HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Chad made selling our home and purchasing a new one very easy for us. He took charge and made sure that we were well informed throughout the process and happily closed on both deals. It was all because of his hard work and efforts. He truly had our best interest in mind.

Chad exceeded any and all expectations we had in buying our new home. My fiancé was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months ago and wanted to move closer to family. Between work and chemo treatments we were limited on the amount of free time available to search for the perfect home to heal and grow. Chad made every effort and accommodation possible to eliminate our stress and worries that come with buying a new home. He always stayed several steps ahead in preventing delays and keeping us informed every step of the way. I know from prior experience that using my VA Loan to obtain a home (which has its perks) has some additional hoops which make the home buying experience less than enjoyable. Chad remained vigilant in ensuring our close date did not get pushed to the wayside due to lackadaisical circumstance in this process. While we still have a long road ahead of us in beating cancer, we now have the perfect home we were searching for to heal and build memories. We will continue to recommend Chad Carroll to any and everyone. We cannot thank him enough for his committed dedication in helping us in this endeavor.

My husband and I recently relocated to the Lake Charles area from out of state for my husbands new job. Chad was assigned to us as part of our relocation plan - and he was amazing. He made time for us immediately, answered all of my questions, educated us on the local market, and just made the home buying process really enjoyable. We bought new construction and since we were going back and forth from LA to our home in Arkansas, Chad was very helpful in making sure all the items on our checklist for the new house were completed. When it came time to negotiate, Chad was in our corner and worked to make sure we got the best deal possible. Thank you Chad!!

As a builder you look for anyway to give you an edge over the competition.  My experience working with Chad has not only done that, but given me a sense of security by knowing the deals brought to me are vetted with his knowledge and experience.  Chad consistently exceeds my expectations when it comes to real estate ventures and the level of trust that has been established allows me to focus on what I do best. I would defiantly recommend Chad to anyone looking to buy, sell, or build. Once he is able to pinpoint what you are looking for, he will deliver in a timely manner and help you avoid looking at things that would otherwise be a waste of time.
