My son's home was listed through Steven's RED.  Understandably, with the economic conditions, it did not sell, so he decided to take it off the market and apply for refinancing at a lower interest rate.  After 3 months of the refinance process and the hurdles therein, he was notified his refinance was turned down DUE TO THE FACT THAT STEVENS R.E.D. FAILED TO REMOVE HIS HOME FROM THE MLS LISTING!!!  No consequences for them, but he continues to struggle to meet his financial responsibilities in spite of his income being reduced through commission cuts, reduction of work hours, etc. by his employer.   Phone calls to STEVENS to remind them to DO THEIR JOB have failed; still listed in MLS, various phone numbers listed go to voicemail, and/or not answered altogether.  I strongly recommend avoiding business with this company!
