I would recommend Chaffin Luhansk to anyone who ask if I knew a law firm. Justin was who was on my case and he was always trying to keep me up to date on my case. Giving me options but also telling me the pros and cons of my case. My case finally settled and I would definitely use them as my law firm again if needed.

Justin is very great! He stays in contact with me. Keeps me updated on my case. Explains anything to me that I may have a question about. He really eased my mind of a lot of worries. Thank you Justin! And to the rest of the team that I talked to through out my case.

Unless you lose a limb or a life they will not assist you. My daughter and I were in an accident in January and suffered whip lash, headaches and back pain which resulted in medication and physical therapy. They came out and took all our information with our police report due to no fault on our end. We're thought that they were working on our case but was told five months later that another firm was going to "assist us". The new firm wanted us to do everything all over again. I'm very disappointed and was lied to. Why wait so long and they still had my original information?  They need to be upfront and honest about who they service. 

*Update: 08/16/2017

It's been three weeks since they told me that they would return my information and still nothing. The receptionist said that they had tried to reach me from a blocked number due to privacy but never left a message. Like I said before unless you lose a limb or a life they may not help you. Don't waste your time and ask up front and get it in writing. Good luck!

This was a different and unfortunate experience for me because I've never been in a car accident that required me to have surgery. Chaffin Luhana came to my house after I called them and took over for me, I was a little frustrated because I was learning the process of this situation as time went on..The end result was worth the wait and I want to thank all of the attorneys who had a hand in my case in order to get my settlement.
