I would not use Chairish EVER again.
I feel misled by the seller description on the item I ordered.  The seller suggested that their piece had never been used.  When it arrived, it was disgusting.  There was food stains on almost every cushion, and a huge black smudge on the seat cushion.  I contacted Chairish, sent 12 photos- hoping for SOME kind of resolution.  They did nothing. Very disappointed.

I cannot recommend this platform for any of my professional peers.  In the one instance there was an issue for a client, of which I do have a part.  I can own what I did.  Chairish decided to not involve me in the mediation and expect us to accept whatever they decide.  The issue has been 60+ days from start to finish.  We are only talking about a $200.00 resolution. I have de-listed all my items and removed them from all of our web presence.

I CAN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW DIFFICULT IT WAS FOR ME TO CONTACT THIS COMPANY TO PURCHASE 2 ITEMS. MY COMPUTER WAS OUT AND I HAVE NO TEXT. IT SHOULD BE EASIER TO ASK A QUESTION POSSIBLY A HUMAN KIND. I HAVE STILL TO HEAR FROM THEM. MAYBE IT'S MY AGE BEING UNFAMILIAR WIT THE SPEED WITH WHICH TECHNOLOGY CHANGES. ALLL I WANT IS A COMFORTABLE CHAIR AND A ARMOIRE. 
SHOULD THAT BE DIFFICULT ?

New in the buisness, that company is far to be on the top.
A lot of mistake in the items description, or fake.
The white glove service is not reliable.
And this is not interesting for the sellers too.
Huge comission, you never know when you will be pay, especially with the white glove service, it could easily be more than a month.
They buisness plan is not the good one.
It is only a start up which is going to die.

totally disreputable company. sent package with bad wrapping of fragile piece then gave 48 hours upon delivery to examine. we were out of town at the time so had no chance to examine. now won't return phone messages.
high end company no way 
less than one star
