Some of the friendliest staff in the city. Also, if you have a car and you need to pickup, they will let you park in the loading dock. Better than scrambling to get something while your car is out on Sutter liable to get ticketed or towed.

This store is broken up by sections.  Since it's so large it might be easier to ask someone to direct you to the item you're looking for.  The staff here is friendly and helpful.  This place is gray if you need to pick up holiday decor, furniture or a housewarming gift.

Always bombarded with too much customer service. Some times it's nice to just look with out people continuing interrupt your vision in your head.

This is definitely a flagship store. Find the right person to help you and you can have a very pleasant shopping experience. Sorry to say, but it might be a game of "avoid the disaffected millennial"... not to be confused with whack-a-mole...

Crate and barrel is great and I always end up buying something every time I go in! It's just that some of their things, particularly the furniture is so expensive!
