This is the only place I will let cut my hair and it has been the only place I've gone to for almost a decade now. I strayed once over that time frame and sheepishly had to go to them anyway for fixing the mess that the other place had left me with, lol. All of the associates are AMAZINGLY good at listening to what you want, explaining to you what will work best and then providing you with a relaxing, uplifting experience that will leave you with nothing less than thrilled over the results...expect coworkers, friends, family and even your "enemies" to be complimenting your latest style! The studio is very clean. Refreshments have always been offered to me. Aside from hair, I've also had makeup done here for a special occassion; nails I've seen done here as well. I love their selection of products not only that they use but that sell too, which are mostly natural and very gentle on your hair. Consider this a spa day for your hair. Trust me, it needs it more than you know! I drive a good solid hour to get my hair cut here since I moved...but honestly, I'd drive another 3 if I had to! I'm so thankful for everyone at this shop, keep up the awesome work!

I called in and desperately inquired if any stylist could cut bangs and give me a nice short girly, but alternative cut. The manager suggested Melissa and I could not be more happy that I have FINALLY found a stylist in the desert. No offense, but it is just difficult to find someone out here who can make a bob look youthful and sweet (not like the Nancy Grace helmet hair some have proposed at other salons). No more searching. Melissa is my girl and she is super fun. 10 out of 10. The salon itself is kept up nice. It is very intimate and Andrew is quick to offer a beverage. Great stock of products as well if you love Aveda. Oh Melissa and Chakra Aveda Hair Studio... you are going to get a lot of money out of me in the future. I love my hair again :)

My hair needed some therapy.... this place did an amazing job getting my hair back to healthy shiney and soft! The staff is amazing, very helpful and accomidating.
