The nurses act like they can't schedule a time that can accommodate my schedule. I even told her that the days I can possibly take off and she says she is completely full. Then they did not call me and remind me of his scheduled appointment.

My daughter just had her 4yr check up and she was seen by Dr. Williams and it was the best and most informative doctors visit We have ever had. Dr. Williams was very kind and funny! The nurse staff was great. Great experience!

Worst doctor ever. She is so judgy, she lies about what she told me about my daughter. Would not recommend to anyone. She has the worst attitude. DO NOT TAKE UR CHILD HERE. The receptionist is rude as well and will catch an attitude regardless of ur approach.

Dr. Challa dont know what she is talking about and is always rude with me! Took my daughter in for a cold bc it wasn't getting better and got told dont come in for every little thing that she was fine and only has allergies... Also got told taking my daughter to the er was unnesscary.... Needed her formula changed and that was a hassle. I refuse to return to her and in the process of changing her doctors now!

If I could give them no stars I would . I took my daughter in because her head was having pain. My daughter told the nurse her bio moms bf has been hitting her in the head and Dr. Challa refused to examin her . She was rude and I will not be taking my daughter back . Terrible service and the Dr is extremely unprofessional !
