Agree with some other public reviews; Staff could improve professionally . Knowledge of the specialty field is important for patients. Not worth what I paid.i didn't receive anything.

Awesome experience....She took hold of my case straight from hospital room of my first diagnosis of diabetes. She called for all hospital records she took lots of time with me showed great concern she made room for me in her already scheduled appointments and I was off insulin within 2 weeks....blood sugar is stable. I would definitely recommend......

I had a few masses in my thyroid and kept putting me off. Saying lets do ultrasounds every 6 months. Well I began having problems swallowing and went to tell her again something doesn't feel right. The girl in the Pasadena location told me I was being over worried and that it was small and it was in my head. Well I went to an ENT he did a scope and immediately set me up for surgery. Come to find out it's a type of cancer that spreads. I had my biopsy in 2014 which showed this type of cell in the report. Needless to say this cancer has been growing for 3 years. Get paper copies of all reports!!!! Read the for yourself!!! I am not waiting to get a PET scan. DO NOT see this doctor!! Her staff is horrible!!! overcharged me for a year on my copay's. I told her about it 3 times and she told me that they were charging me the correct amount. I called my insurance company and they have in fact been charging me 40 more than what I should have been paying. I confronted her about this and played the oh I didn't know and on top if that they wont refund my money they over charged me with.

I had a 1:00 appointment. At the office's request, I arrived at 12:30 to fill out paperwork. The office door was locked. The sign on the door showed that the office staff would return at 4:30. I called the office and explained that I was outside waiting. Finally, they unlocked the door. At 2:00, I was still waiting on the doctor. I finally heard her come in, but she was seeing the patient in the room next to me (walls are thin and you could hear everything). From speaking with the patient in the waiting room prior to being taken back to a room, I know this patient had an appointment scheduled after mine. I had other appointments scheduled, so I ended up having to leave. Doctors should respect patient's time just as we are asked to respect their time. I WILL NOT RESCHEDULE!

Too much to say. Misdiagnosed and told I'm normal...typical Endo responses to thyroid pronlem, I thought she'd be different than the rest. From just ONE visit, she determines I'm normal without no further blood work suggestions or follow up to look into something different. Mann...atleast i cant say i had never even had any general practitioner give up on me that quick, geez.
