Hired Chamberlain to do an insurance repair on my business. Chamberlain didn't even do the repair, he contracted the job to a local handy man. If the job was to small it would have been nice if he let me know so I could have saved some money. But that is besides the point. It took over 8 months for them to start the job. Not even two days after the job was complete. Chamberlain was going behind my back and calling my insurance and my bank to try to get his money. In less the 30 days after job complete he has elevated to harassing me about payment and I didn't even have the money from insurance yet. Calling on weekends and  after hours demanding money is completely rude and unprofessional.
