Had a small job for them to do. Spoke with Justin on phone (nice enough guy) Scheduled Thursday 8:00 am. His employee showed up almost an hour late! Justin must have forgotten the simple instructions; I gave him.

The (main) job got done. Therefore I would have orginally given him a 3/5 almost 4/5 Star Rating.

(Remind you I wasn't home; a relative was-- Employee got paid out-the-door)

I called Justin a couple hours later to follow up with him on why other part of job wasn't done.?  Called a few times (left voicemail) Never called back. Had all afternoon/evening to do so

Not enough money in his pocket.
