My initial review from 4 months ago was a 5 star due to the efforts of Mandy working with me to get a "tune up kit"  I only needed an oil filter.  About a month ago I called customer service requesting someone come to my home to troubleshoot my transfer switch.  I had to leave a message.  I called again a few days later and again I had to leave a message.  I have yet to receive a call back.  

This inaction forced me to find another company to work with me in servicing my generator/transfer switch.  That company is T.J. Malley also in Hudson.  Tim discussed the problem with me and offered his thoughts as to what should be replaced.  He had the parts in stock.   I was able to pick up the parts and take care of the problem myself from that point.  I also found that I could buy just the oil filter instead of the "tune up kit" that Chamberlain told me I had to buy.   I now have a new supplier for my generator needs.

Stay away for your own good. I needed a generator install and called Chamberlin for a install. Starting out was great until you pay them. I received a quote over the phone because their sales guy blew me off the first time. His excuse was he had a family thing come up and could do it over the phone instead. After talking i paid them 4000.00$ to start the set up. He wanted to come out and take photos and discuss the installation. I got blown off again with no phone call and no show. The following Saturday he strolls in late like i did not matter. Takes measurements and says it will be an additional 1400 dollars. I laughed at him and told him im all set. He mentioned a restocking fee in which i would not pay due to them changing the contract. Long story short i found another company by going through Home depot. I am realizing a lot of contractors in NH are shady. As for this company you have been warned to avoid.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in a service supplier. Spend your money somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if possible. Called them to fix my house is generator five months ago and still it is not fixed.  I have been through two storms without power for a total of more than seven days and lost hundreds of dollars worth of food because this company has forgotten about us multiple times. Call somebody else if you have an emergency.

They came by and did an assessment and indicated they would be sending me a quote via email. I have followed up requesting the quote and 5 weeks later, no quote has arrived. They must not need the business!
