I was planning to replace several outlets and switches but found a problem with three of them.  I called Bill and was very pleased that he offered to come around later that day. He was very professional and clearly very experienced. He quickly identified three issues and corrected them and then he was available to install all the new outlets that I had available. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. Very service orientated and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend him and have already given his name to my friends and my children. Thank you so much

I came home and saw the truck in the parking lot. I needed some work done so I gave them a call. I talked to Bill, he told me to have Shawn give me an estimate and what unit he was working in. Shawn gave me an estimate which was $400 less than another co. And he said he could do the work that day as soon as he finished his other job. Shawn was awesome he finished quickly and did an awesome job.

I had to have some intricate electrical work done in my home. I contacted Gagnon''s Electrical and spoke with Bill Gagnon. He came over that day, gave me a price, and a date when he could start and complete the work.
He took care of all the legal permit requirements as well. This morning they showed up as promised, and in a few hours had all the work done, and cleaned up every piece of work related debris to a point where it looked better than when they first started. Everything works perfectly now and I am more than pleased with the end result. I would definitely use them again.

Bill and Sean were both in my home for what started as a couple of outlet issues but ended with one more involved issue in my kitchen.  The level of professionalism, courtesy and work ethic was exceptional!  I could not be happier with the work and the way I was treated as a customer.  I will be telling my friends and family about Gagnons and now have an electrical contractor I trust and can count on.  Thank you Bill & Sean!
