Haven't been there in a long time, but they still have some of the same people when I used to go there in the 80s. I travel from the city of Lomita now and still enjoi going to my old stomping grounds to get that OG shine. No matter who I go to!

I just called to get some information and the woman I spoke to, "Keisha" had the WORST attitude ever. That conversation and her attitude totally turned me off from even attempting to get my shoes repaired here.

I would suggest the manager train their staff for customer service relations.

I was once a Fan of this place. The service was Great for a long time. The shoe shining was Awesome. It's still good. But now they take short cuts to make the shine which doesn't last long like they used to. I took a pair of shoes in to be DYED. Picked them up and they had SPRAY PAINTED them. I couldn't believe Chambers had gone so low in the quality of work that they are known for. Support Black business. But when you get jacked up service like what I got from Chambers. It makes it hard.
