Okay overall experience: water exercises classes were so helpful in the almost 12+ months I worked out here, accessing all the cardio and weight training equipment needed for my workouts a bit more difficult.

Are you looking for a place that fulfills all of your fitness needs?  Look no further!  CFC is the place to be.  Not only has the fitness center been in business for decades, but it stays cutting edge with the newest trends in physical fitness, including, but not limited to yoga, boxing, personal training, zumba, boot-camp classes, and the list goes on!  Personalized service, a full sauna area including pool, hot tub, dry heat saunas, steam rooms, on-site massage therapist, child-care, salon.  You've got to check out the best fitness center in town!
