Story

Over-Achieve Fitness is dedicated to everyone who believed in Mike Over. Being able to grow as a trainer and friend has allowed OAF to grow together with fitness and relationships. We have a true support system, full of love and faith in one another. We hope to continue to grow and develop Chambersburg into one of the fittest gyms in the state!

Here at OAF we specialize in athlete training with incredible 1v1 and group workouts for all levels. We are available to train with personal sessions and with all types of group training sessions. Some of our other services include strength training, conditioning, cycling / spinning, and more.

OAF is the best place to be! It doesn't matter what age you are or what your fitness level is. Just need to get in and give them a try. Once you step through those doors you become family! I have been going there for over 4 months now and am nowhere where i need to be but I am one step closer than I was yesterday. Step out of your comfort zone, I DID!!

There was a free 2 week offer in July for OAF and I decided to click on it; it was the best decision. I took me about a week to get in due to a vacation and on my day I was hesitate, my neighbor had passed away in his home and I was running late and though maybe I should just cancel, but I didn't. I signed up for a special they were having and on Saturday of that week, went to my first class. I was shot but excited, I kept going for about 4 weeks then got into a funk and didn't go 4 days in a row. I had a friend tell me to get my act together and go, which I did that week Friday and Saturday. Since then I have been back on track and like how my body is sliming down and I feel stronger. I love the boot camps and the strength training classes. I am working towards a spin class and maybe by January I will be ready for the advance class. I am turning 50 next year and am still over weight but love how things have progressed with me in 6 weeks. 

The funny thing is I knew of OAF in 2012 and didn't go cause I thought it was above my level and if I had gone, I would not be 50lb over weight. :) Don't let the fact you may have to modify everything for a few weeks, discourage you, just keep coming and keep moving and you will see a difference, I promise you!

I've just started working with the OAF trainers this week, and I am impressed to say the least. Every trainer offers their own special spin and attitude, which empowers all of us working out. I would recommend OAF to my family and friends without hesitation. I truly feel like I will have result here!

I just started this week at OAF and LOVE it! The trainers and other students taking the classes are so encouraging and willing to help out newcomers.  The workouts are challenging, but can be modified for any level. I look forward to the classes and try to make additional time in my schedule to attend more of them!

The most unique gym experience I've ever had! Everyone speaks to you and smiles and offers to help you. I enjoy the variety of exercises and I look forward to my next workout. Everyone is welcome no matter your fitness level, body type or age. Love it and you will too! #oafproud
