All the books. The ladies at the counter (9-25, sorry I didn't get your names), John (their strongman) and Mr Chamblin were all so extremely kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate my unusual and time sensitive request and I greatly appreciate it. 
If you love books this is a great place to lose yourself. Excited to check out their other location. 

It is dusty and crammed full of books. Every shelf is full and the piles literally everywhere keep this place from being wheelchair accessible, which I think is unfortunate but I bet they would work extra hard to accommodate you. 
You can't sit so take an allergy pill and wear comfortable shoes!

Chamblin Book mine earns a 5star review for their work in saving and reusing books.  
Their staff is always helpful and friendly and the selection speaks for it self.    There is too much to see in one trip.  
Books are a resource that are often overlooked.
Chamblin Bookmine is in the recycling business and should be appreciated for keeping all these books out of a landfill which is where unwanted books go to die. 

We have a great resource here.   Don't be upset that they have tons of books all over the place!   They have saved more books than they can handle.  

If you like to read or want to learn a new language or about history or about cooking or pretty much anything you can think of having a need for they will most likely have it.   
What's amazing is how well they know where and what books they have in stock.    I'd say they have many hundreds of thousands of books in stock.  

Come and buy some books and help them to recycle the ones you want.   They also buy books and give in house credit for books you may want.

Always my first choice when looking for specific books. The staff is always helpful and courteous and the prices are always reasonable. It's also a great place to take children for the experience of seeing the millions of books from current best sellers to collectable archives. The looks on my kids faces as we browse the rows and they get excited about things they've never seen before are priceless!!! We explore every aisle so we still haven't made it around the whole store yet.

I took three large boxes of books here today. Most of which were in like new or very good condition. I understand having to turn a profit, but at some point you're just stealing from your customers. In those boxes were several thousand dollars worth of books and how much do you think they gave me for them?  $21! Like I said I understand needing to turn a profit off the merchandise but that was an absolute outrageous amount and very insulting. I really need the money so I didn't have a choice but I will never be going there again.

This place is a local treasure. The staff are very patient and helpful despite constantly having so much on their plate. The place can be crowded and seem dirty, but that's just the environment of the store. I love just exploring and seeing what I can find. A must go for all Jacksonville residents.
