HORRIBLE customer service - I called to ask if they could put steak on 1/2 of my cheese steak fries; the girl that answered the phone said she didn't think they could do that.  I had to insist that she ask if it could be done and she came back in less time then it would take to even ask the question and said No it can't be done.  Apparently putting 1/2 of an ingredient on an order is too confusing for Champs, then when I asked to speak to a manager she refused.  (I could care less if my request could be accommodated or not; it was the rudeness and lack of professionalism in which the girl spoke that was disappointing to me) .  Hopefully they get better employees that realize customer service & professionalism is they key before they loose other customers!

They don't really know how to heat up a slice of pizza. Been here twice and I waited 10 minutes for a slice that barely looked warm.  Yet the other ppl in the place didn't have to wait very long and they had nice crispy slices.

Great place. Great people. Great food. Plenty to choose from. Worth the hour and a half drive.

Food is great, kind of pricey, service could be better but the delivery time is insane. Over an hour no matter the time of day they need to hire more drivers or something it's not like they can't afford it.
