DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. As stated in other reviews the orders never show or show late. I never had an issue until tonight when I ordered. At 6:21 I got the notifications via the app it was on the way. At 7pm no pizza and I get a notification saying it was delivered. Concerned I called and I didn't give any info except "hi I'm calling because I ordered a pizza and it said it was delivered." The response was "oh the driver will be there in a couple minutes, I see he's almost there." At 7:30 I go on the app to see my order was cancelled. I called again and at this point he was interested in taking my information. After he did, he told me they tried calling me and I didn't pick up. I mistyped my phone number in the app and apologized and he said he'd send the driver right back out because he just brought the pizza back. No apology from him but 5 minutes later I get a call and he wants to charge me full price for pizza that is now 2 hours old!! He then told me I couldn't use my coupon again or I'd have to find the code in my email or else I'd have to pay full price. I had to ask him 3 times to just cancel my order. Not one sorry, not one offer to make it right, just "order was already cancelled you won't be charged" and a hang up. The worst customer service I've ever received.

So I had placed this order at 1:15pm and received it at 2:38pm. Not only the order was extremely late but everything was cold. I had received an email stating that my food would take 30-40 mins. I called the store and spoke Omar the manager. I asked for a full refund since they didn't commit to their word. I explained the problem to Omar and he refused to give me a full refund but give me a free pizza instead. He told me that other people have not gotten their order but honestly I didn't find that as a legitimate reason for him not to help me as a costumer. Unfortunately this is not the first time that I had a problem with orders from there. This is the last time I will shop at this location and would not recommend it to anyone unless new management is put in place.

We really had a bad exp on ne years day. We online order for 4 lg pizza around 4:45.website gives us time to pick up on 6:15.we reached at location at 6:30 and our order is not even started. Staff member on location does not feel bad about delay and ignor all our request and not ready to listen anything about our concern. Keep being really really mean to us and giving a lot of attitude.

Good pizza at good price! Domino's has come along way in positive improvements especially better tasting pizza!
