Had one previous estimate for windows before I looked into trying Champion. I was super impressed with the initial presentation and the representative. He came in with an actual window and showed me various reasons why their product is superior over all of their competitors. I was also given a great discount with their Black Friday promotion.

I requested windows that had black trim because my house is green with black trim and black garage doors. They assured me they would install windows with black coil trim. When they arrived with white windows I told them I had been assured by the salesman and the scheduler that I would have windows with black trim. They installed bright white trimmed windows which don’t match my house at all! When I wanted the installers to stop the work The manager was rude and argued with me when I said they should pay to have the windows painted to match the black trim on the top windows. The salesman said someone would call me. No one has called or contacted me in a month.

Wish I could put negative stars on here. I had scheduled in time to meet with the salesman to help out my customer. The two gentlemen showed up on time and that's about all I can say positive about the experience so far. One of the salesmen seemed very upset and standoffish during the whole meeting. Very quick to tell me what they "don't" do. As of today, I have yet to see an estimate that I requested. Very big waste of time.

4 Stars for the quality of workmanship. Really good guys that did the actual work. 1 Star for the time it has taken to get the work done and get issues corrected, electrical was not put in properly. Still waiting on this to be fixed (was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving). -20 stars to the salesman John. He is the king of liars. This guys lied repeatedly to us. He is worse the the worst used car salesman you could ever imagine. 'Our guys use metal detectors everyday, when building the sunroom. This ensures that there aren't any nails in the grass...'. When the crew came out and started constructing the sunroom, I asked the crew why they didn't use the metal detector, as there were clearly metal pieces left after cutting in the grass. He said "I've worked for a very long time at Champion, I've never heard of anyone using a metal detector."

I agreed to have Champion install 18 windows and screen in porch. Lyle the sales representative explained Champion product so well that I want them to install my windows and do my screen in porch. Excited to be a new Champion customer! The quality is exceptional!
